How long does it take to get the ring made?
From deposit to finished ring, we usually allow 2-3 weeks. If you’ve got a specific proposal date in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to fast-track it. We’ve done plenty for people on tight timelines.
What happens if she doesn’t like the ring?
That’s why we involve you in the design process and give you a professional making-of video. If you’d rather wait until after the proposal to finalise the design, we can set the stone in a simple setting first. That way, she says yes, and then you both design the perfect ring together.
Do lab-grown diamonds really last?
Yes — they’re atom-for-atom the same as mined diamonds. Same hardness, same sparkle, same certificates. They’ll last forever, just like mined.
What if I want a custom design?
That’s exactly what we do. You’re not limited to what’s in a shop window. We’ll sketch, CAD, and show you options until it’s right. All included in the price.
Do lab-grown diamonds hold their value?
No diamond is an investment — mined or lab. Both drop roughly the same percentage the moment you buy them. The difference is, with lab you’ve enjoyed a much bigger stone for the same spend.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Many couples start with one ring and later come back to redesign, resize, or reset the stone into a new piece. Because we make everything ourselves, upgrading later is straightforward.
Is there any warranty or cover?
Yes. You get 12 months’ proposal insurance included, covering loss, theft, or damage. Plus lifetime sizing and polishing, so it always looks its best.
What if I can’t pay all at once?
That’s fine. You can spread payments over 3 or 6 months. It only takes a 10% deposit to get started and secure your slot.
How do I know the diamond’s real?
Every stone comes with a IGI certificate, just like mined diamonds. That’s the gold standard of diamond grading worldwide.
What makes this different from buying on the high street?
The difference is how we work. We’re manufacturing jewellers with three locations in Kent, and everything is made in-house by our own craftsmen. There are no middlemen — we source stones directly from the creators and set them ourselves. That’s why, for the same budget, you walk away with a larger stone and a ring that’s built to last — without paying for layers of mark-up.
